Jenna Ibach
BSW, RSW, MSW
I am a Master of Social Work, registered social worker with years of experience, including front line social work and supervisory roles. I have had the pleasure of working with all ages across the spectrum and understand the different life challenges that present as we walk through life.
I practice from a non-judgemental, client-centered and supportive approach. I offer a safe, respectful, and confidential space for you to work on your goals. I have experience in supporting individuals who are experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, conflict resolution, crisis situations, depression, work/life balance, and trauma.
I am honoured to be a part of your journey of healing to personal growth. I believe in finding your strengths using practical strategies that are right for you to help you walk through this journey. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotion Family Focus Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I understand the significance of ongoing training in order to enhance my therapeutic skillset. Helping people is a passion of mine because I like to see people grow on their counselling journeys.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching my children play hockey, traveling and visiting with my family and friends.
