Sometimes it’s difficult for individuals to continue thriving, growing and relating to each other in a fast pace and changing world. 

Our inner voices, the external world and our experiences in the relationship can sometimes come in the way of remembering that having a partner is supposed to mean navigating the world together.

Sometimes trust gets broken or cracked - but can be healed and used to be a strong point in the relationship!

If you’ve come upon challenging times or if you’re looking to enhance what you already have couple counseling may be helpful.

To begin, each partner comes individually for one session to help assess and understand their perspective of the relationship and it’s dynamics. In the third session we meet together and I give you feedback and a suggested plan on how to move forward.

Generally communication frameworks, Gottman’s workand vision development are the places we start.
