Module One: Thoughts
Have you ever found your thoughts racing?
Or heard the silence of no thoughts at all?
In this module we focus on hearing what are thoughts are saying - what they aren't saying and what they actually mean to us..
This program is about finding your authentic voice which begins by developing a positive relationship with the chatter in our monkey brains!
In this module we learn:
What are automatic thoughts?
How do we tune into them and learn more about ourselves?
How do we manage thoughts that are “racing” or spiraling?
How do we stop them?
How do we replace them with more helpful thoughts?
Using practical, real life scenarios in a mindful but challenging way - we develop skills to manage and honor our minds!
Module Two: Feelings
What are flooded feelings? How do we recover when we become offline? What’re really happening in the brain? How can we repair our relationship with ourselves and others when emotions take over?
This module supports developing a richer language and vocabulary of our feelings; emotion regulation vocabulary and skills; it also helps you identify what your triggers are and how you can learn to accept your feelings without judgment or negativity – and then how to manage them when the emotions become overwhelming.

Module Three: Behaviours
What are the habits we become locked into? What are the automatic behavioral responses that we engage in that may limit us from our true values and needs?
In this module we learn to identify and stop unhelpful behaviors, automate better behaviors and develop self-care habits to take care of our thoughts and feelings.
