We are looking to add an experienced, highly organized administrative professional to our practice. We are essentially looking for a “Quarterback” to manage the back end of our Counselling team.
​
The successful candidate will be a friendly, positive, respectful skilled, and organized team player who will help us deliver an exceptional client experience - which is what our team offers each member as well!
​
You are a list maker, note taker, and committed worker. You have an inherent need to organize, get things done, and meet your own deadlines (meaning no micromanagement!).
​
You thrive on helping others and can explain things patiently. You like to provide stability and can maintain organization. Your ability to handle details and work hard has made you valued at previous organizations.

2. Client Care

Oversee aspects of onboarding patients and booking

Answer inquiries book clients; some intake questions

Answer phone calls, emails and voicemails

2. Billing: (training provided)

3rd party billing

Billing reconciliation – receivables

Send clients their bills

Reconcile every month

3. Group coordination: (training provided)

Admin support for groups

Scheduling, editing material

4. Other Admin:

Support therapists with their questions on Jane App (training provided)

Posting on social media (facebook, IG)

5. Required Computer Skills:
-
Comfortable with and able to work in Word, excel, canva, IG, FB, Trello, Jane App, email, website updates for blog posting
-
Able to upload and download documents
6. Other:
-
Previous experience in mental health essential

Hours: 15-25 hours per week

Job Types: part-time, contract

Starting salary: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
