Discovering who you are and what you want to give and take from the world around you is a transformational journey for many and sometimes gives rise from the ashes of internal crisis or the "I've had enough" feeling...

Together we can identify what your goals are, who you are and how you can move through each day in the world. Using various therapy techniques and not to undermine the value of your inner voice and accountability – let’s work together to build your life – your way.

​At the end of your initial assessment we will co-create your treatment plan; my preference is to use evidence based treatments and to ground these interventions in your inherent strengths; we may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Narrative Therapy, Internal Systems, Solutions and Strengths focused therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Service is typically offered to those 18 years and older, if you are younger and wish to pursue counselling please contact me directly to discuss.
